Summary

When an older single-tank septic system no longer met the needs of this property in Covington, it was time for a full upgrade. The project required careful planning and the removal of outdated equipment to make way for a modern aerobic treatment system.

The Work

Installed a new 600 GPD aerobic septic system with engineered design and drawings
Pumped out and collapsed the old single tank, then backfilled the area with suitable material
Managed county permit fees, inspections, and provided a 2-year maintenance agreement
Applied a service call credit from a previous visit

The Outcome

The property is now equipped with a reliable and efficient aerobic system, supported by a manufacturer warranty and scheduled maintenance. The upgrade ensures dependable wastewater treatment for years to come.
